Facilitating personal data is required for contact, subscription to our Newsletter and for conducting business with THE WINE STUDIO, S.L.
Moreover, not facilitating the requested personal data or not accepting the present data protection policy renders it impossible to subscribe to and/or carry out any commercial transaction with us.

Content subscription forms: within our website there are several forms which can be completed to activate the subscription. After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email. Registration form: Our website includes a form in order to be able to enroll in our courses and activities. The personal data entered on the form will be used exclusively for the administrative procedures needed to enroll in our courses, for sending documentation corresponding to the course or activity, or for billing and collection. When enrolling, candidates authorize THE WINE STUDIO, S.L. to cede their personal contact details to WINE & SPIRITS EDUCATION TRUST to be able to issue the corresponding certificates or contact them directly.
Contact form: There is also a contact form for questions, suggestions or to establish a business contact. In this case, we will use the e-mail address to respond, and send the information requested by the user through our website.
Cookies: When a user logs in or browses our website, cookies are stored.
We only use strictly necessary own cookies.

Legitimization for the treatment of your data
The legal basis for the treatment of your data is your consent.
To subscribe, contact us, or enroll in our courses or activities, consent with this privacy policy is required.

The data categories covered refers to identification data, specifically, user name, email, address, national ID number, birth date and IP address.
We don’t deal with specially protected data categories.

Messaging services and Newsletter delivery: Electronic newsletters are managed by MAILCHIMP. When using the services of this platform for e-mail marketing campaigns, subscription management, and newsletter delivery, one should know that Mailchimp has its servers hosted outside the EU, in the USA, and it benefits from the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, whose information is available here, as approved by the European Committee for Protection. Analysis Service: Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., a Delaware company whose main office is at 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help thewinestudio.es to analyze how users use the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of thewinestudio.es (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Data Protection Policy
THE WINE STUDIO SL, is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the data collected in contact forms, subscription forms and registration forms, and to use it according to the purpose of the same, as well as to comply with its obligation to save the data collected and adapt all measures to prevent the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approved by the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided through the different forms listed above is accurate, and accepts the obligation of conveying any modifications to this data. Also, the User warrants that all information provided corresponds with their real situation, which is up to date and accurate.
THE WINE STUDIO, S.L., uses the platform Mail Chimp to send newsletters by e-mail derived from the management of subscriptions. Mail Chimp hosts its servers in the United States and, therefore, after the user subscribes to the newsletter, their personal data will be transferred internationally to a country not considered safe after the Safe Harbor's dissolution. Therefore, after subscribing, the user accepts and consents to the transfer of data stored by the platform Mail Chimp, based in the United States, for the management and delivery of the newsletters. THE WINE STUDIO, S.L. has signed model clauses required by the EU on data protection with MailChimp.
Exercise of Rights over your own data

In according with the LSSICE and essentially, by our own conviction, THE WINE STUDIO SL, does not use the practice of SPAM.
